peoples who trained us was very different and easy to be understand in working with real time testing enviornment.

actually it was perfect overall but i completed my intern it was for 3 to 4 months.

It is indeed one of the best places to work with.....the management is very supportive.....they provide good oppurtunities to learn and incoroporate new things, hence you grow professionally. Facilities are also good. It gives a good work-life balance

I have not seen any downside till now
