Compensation & Benefits: Salary revisions and appraisals are not conducted on a consistent or transparent cycle. Compensation does not always align with the level of responsibility handled. Job Security & Advancement: Growth opportunities lacks a clear structure. Career progression and promotions are not well-defined, making long-term planning difficult. Management: Management is not approachable Important matters related to compensation, policies, and resources often take time to conclude. Culture & Values: The organization does not provide flexibility, internal processes and communication need stronger standardization to truly reflect these values. Skill Development: Employees gain zero hands-on exposure across multiple functions, which isnt great for learning. There is no role clarity and skill development
