Flexible work life balance with a reasonable degree of autonomy and good support from senior management to deliver results in a fast paced, challenging market.
Cons
Overall package offered is not in line with market. Relatively small, albeit very nice, offices with a hot desk set up which doesn’t necessarily enable a collaborative environment.
