      Good pay, okay benefits, and they work hard to keep you employed. I would definitely recommend them as an employer.

      1. One of the best bosses I have ever worked for 2. Provides good benefits packages to all employees that begin quickly 3. Contracts with good government projects

      Cons

      1. The projects are only contracts 2. Some of the projects I have worked on have been not handled correctly on the client's end. (But if it got too bad I was moved to a new project quickly by Ingenium)
