      Lie to their employees, CEO throws temper tantrums like an over privileged child. No dedicated HR staff (that falls on a salesperson) Employees are great - CEO is a JOKE

      If you can get a position it's good experience, especially if you're from a non traditional background.

      Great group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Mediocre product, sales force that sells what the customer wants, not what the company has, and the owner is a narcissistic sociopath.
