      Pros

      - Great team of colleagues that were highly supportive - Bonuses - Work based training is of a high standard and you will learn a great deal if you are new to welfare to work

      Cons

      - Unrealistic performance targets and a culture of blame - Less of a focus on supporting the clients that are most vulnerable over the years, which is a shame (as this was once one of the greatest things about the company) - Little progression for front line staff

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
