Pros

Facilities and resources Salary is above average. However this is a disadvantage too as pay is above level of responsibility/ seniority in comparison to competitors or other industries which leads to a pay trap.

Cons

Zero career progression. Low turnover of management, rare opportunities to develop and very low chances of promotions. Now a very unfair pay discrepancy between new starters and existing staff. £10k pay difference for doing the same job with the same targets. Micro management to the extreme. Unrealistic targets and no leniency / consideration. You are only as good as your last month's performance. You are at constant risk of being performance managed out of the business. Staff feel they are very replaceable, recruitment is ongoing and turnover is high.

Pros

A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!

It’s great to hear your positive comments of your time at Ingeus, with the right support and tools in place to excel in your role. I agree with your point around communication. It’s really important that we keep colleagues connected. If you have any specific ideas for how we can do this better, please do get in touch with me, or our Communications Team directly. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Kind Regards, Barry Fletcher
