Pros
From the start of joining Ingeus, my manager had made sure to introduce himself and welcome me into his team which helped to ease my nerves of starting somewhere new. I had great support from within my team and other colleagues who went above and beyond to make sure me and a few other new starters had the full and complete knowledge to fulfil the responsibilities of my role. Throughout my time at Ingeus, I had a really good experience with the office I worked with, colleagues and other manager I worked alongside and with my own manager who was always willing to support me at all times. If I needed help, my manager would always point me towards the right direction. Never once did I feel as though I wasn't being heard or that if ever I had concerns, they wouldn't be rightfully addressed. I praise him massively for making my time at Ingeus enjoyable as well as the staff. Even within my own team, everyone was always supportive to one another, a team with a lot of opinions but it was good because we could all share ideas and contribute on how to help participants better which ultimately is the main part of the job.
