      Pros

      Everyone is kind, welcoming and supportive in the Youth Division. I feel empowered to manage my own caseload and am given the freedom to do so while also being supported by my manager. I have immense trust that the company will do what is right by me and my team.

      Cons

      Rolling Government contracts can come with some uncertainty - however so far, so good!

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
