Caseloads were crazy high during the JETS contract, some people had 120 clients and others only 40, it made it sometimes difficult to squeeze lunch in with no downtime in-between speaking to the client, the admin and onto the next phone call. Disgusting power trip from the senior management team while the whole department was getting made redundant. If you told me they were trying to force people out without giving them a redundancy / retention bonus pay-out, I would honestly believe you after the way I was treated on the last remaining months on this contract. Lots of bullying happening from the JETS senior management team who treated managers like something on the bottom of their shoes.
