      Pros

      You’re inspired by a few people on your caseload to move on as you’re too good for the company

      Cons

      You will hate your life working here. Modern slavery. Toxic culture applied by management. The company does not care about you or your mental health. No hybrid working while management does hybrid working even though the job could be done at home and you would see great results. If you’re not close to the managers/ team leaders then it goes downhill from there. The company lacks innovative thinking. No logic to what they do. I could go on… avoid!

      A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
