Pros
They genuinely to an extent do believe in everyone. They gave alot of us a job when we needed it.
Cons
Well where do I begin: 1. In my time there I had 14 payslips & 5 MANAGERS, not colleagues, MANAGERS. You do the math. One person said they were going to lunch... We're still waiting for them to come back. 2. This is a TARGET DRIVEN ENVIRONMENT. If you don't want stress or to work with Targets dont apply. It's a sales job no matter how they dress it up. You are here to get "job starts". You've been warned. 3. Managers, policies, rules, processes constantly change. One minute it's this way before you've even finish logging into your laptop somethings changed and goalposts have moved again. 4. I've never seen a company extend so many probations. Literally some people were on probation for a YEAR. That means no stability, no sick pay, no benefits. Extension is even lucky you may just have your contract terminated. How can I be in a meeting and I said I was here for a year and they considered me to be one of the lifers?? 5. The main issue is the participants/candidates. Respectfully they either aren't of a good calibre to be considered for roles or they truly don't want to work. The amount of times candidates just don't turn up to interviews is embarrassing. Then management will have the pure AUDACITY to say it's your fault. How can it be my fault someone didn't turn up to an interview that I emailed and called them to remind them about??? The excuses are pathetic as well by the candidates because they know we hold no power. How can someone be out of work for 8,9,10+ years?? Simply put it's because they don't want to work. Yet you're expected to find them a high paying job with no experience... Make it make sense. I could go on and on and write a plethora of things but ultimately get in, keep your head down and leave fast.
