      Pros

      Possibly none... If you just use it as a stepping stone to something better (and if you can stick it out being treated like dirt) then you may be okay. But overall an awful place to work.

      Cons

      No work-life balance, poor benefits, no investment in staff, weak senior leadership, unethical approach to business - the list goes one. Simply a terrible employer, I would advise no-one consider working for Ingeus - unless you don't mind having your spirit crushed on a daily basis.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
