      Pros

      31k starting salary Good place to make friends Senior staff take annual leave so you get to breathe for a week or so

      Cons

      No care for staff If you have a difficult participant and you talk to your manager they will tell you "maybe this job isn't for you" Be prepared to be sworn at by your manager for no apparent reason If your a male good luck getting support from your manager

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
