      Pros

      Some of the people I work with I truly enjoy working with. The job is flexible and my supervisor is very easy to work with.

      Cons

      People are allowed to literally get away with whatever they want to. This includes threatening, cussing out, and physically harming other employees. The job is essentially the Wild West.

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
