The company is based in Poland and everything must run through them. The time difference makes it even harder to get things done. Communications are not their top priority. Tends to be rude to employees. The company is very unorganized and make the rules as they go. Lack the understanding of the U.S market. Marketing ideas are outdated and behind competitors. The company is very cheap! Doesn't invest in employees' work culture and work life. Very difficult to move up within the company especially if you are not Polish. Favoritism is very high at this company. Tends to prefer Polish. The company lacks structure. It is an at-will company. Can discharge you at any time for any reasons. Doesn't have a proper HR department. Employees job security is not safe working here. It is a family run company. Doesn't have experiences or credentials to compete in the U.S market. Pay rate is less than the competitors and there are no benefits!
