Ummm none other than the product discount....if you wanna work for a good cosmetics company with advancement, amazing training and support from regional managers get a job at MAC or another established cosmetic line.....maybe in ten years if they are still around in the USA and they figure out that have a horrible unprofessional, un knowledgable person in charge of training, opening stores and store management they might become a better company. Actually ready and fit to run successful store in the united states. They should just stay in Poland. Oh one good thing for the store opening you get support from the owner Mr.Inglot himself who is the actual chemist and creator of the product line. It's a shame he doesn't have more involvement in his USA stores other than getting them opened.
Cons
No clear training or review of expectations, polices and procedures with new staff before new store opening. They react to situations before getting the facts or truth resulting in sudden termination of hard working loyal employees. Have a horrible leader of usa training and opening new stores who has no clue on how to empower and motivate employees successfully. Instead of empowering and listening to experienced managers suggestions and ideas they are shut down and discouraged. They have no trust or loyalty to their employees. They try to micro manage everything from a far with no success because of lack of knowledge and experience particularly with federal and state laws. Sexual harassment occurs here and favoritism. Good luck with getting paid correctly as well.
