Pros
1. Fully open minded people (including management) in terms of work/review & decisions take at management level. 2. Employees/Management are always stands besides you in your hard time. 3. No politics at all. (This is what attracts me to stay with my company :D) 4. Management listens everybody's voice, no matter you are fresher or manager. 5. You will get chance to work on interesting projects/things. 6. Senior people are always ready to help you in all your query. Not just help they will explain in detail, what went wrong and how to avoid such things. 7. One always get boost up from manager (specially in my team). 8. Many more :)
Cons
There is no company which doesn't have any downsides. So of course some downsides are there but not major. all those are manageable.
