Pros

InnSpire is an innovative and flexible company with literally endless possibilities and growth opportunity if you have the drive. The environment prospers growth, and management encourages employees to develop in the direction they want and aspire, rather than putting positions and titles in a box with a predetermined path. Hours and location is fairly flexible, and work/life balance is promoted with good vacation benefits and encouragement to disconnect during slower periods.

Cons

Responsibility and ownership are the main cornerstones at InnSpire, and everyone is expected to take full accountability for their role. With that comes a lower level of hands-on management and structure, which can cause a lack of processes.

Growing company, amazing work culture, great work-life balance, competitive salaries, great co-workers, top-tier management with adequate industry experience and leadership skills.

Cons

Co-workers are spread globally so we only get to see each other infrequently.

Pros

1. Although there were nice, experienced, and skilled employees, most of them have left the company or have been laid off. 2. There was an excellent health insurance policy and a generous PTO policy. 3. Due to the fact that most of the company's customers are located in different parts of the US, I was able to travel quite a bit.

Cons

1. This company's CEO, Martin, is a hypocrite who creates a toxic working environment. 2. Don't bother with work/life balance, if you're looking for a business that features this, stay away from InnSpire. 3. There seems to be no rational reasoning behind management decisions, only a desire to make a quick buck. A quick money grab and a little trickery are all that exists here. There is no strategy behind it. Nearly every day, decisions are changing to the complete opposite. 4. There is a lot of lying to customers involved, and it is necessary if you want to keep working there. 5. There is no value placed on employees by the management. It won't take them long to get rid of you once they stop sensing your loyalty or when they are able to replace you with a cheaper labor.
