Only good for short-term employment.
Cons
Minimal to zero growth. Since carving out of GE business, highly dependent on European IT management and should act like slaves if want to survive. Nepotism at the top level. CIO will hire his near and dear ones in the top roles, without any interviews or due process. Challenging env to get anything done in Canada.
