There is no POSH policy in the company, Every company should follow it as per govt rule 8. They are not following Vishakha guidelines, Every company should follow it. 9. Taking the advantages of fresher and local people of Indore 10. Saturday is also working 11. Management is very bad And the list goes on.... When I plan to resign on that day I was working at 3 AM at night. This company should shut down. This company is more dangerous than corona virus.
