There is a lack of accountability in management, and clear goals or direction are often missing. Once you learn the job, there is very limited opportunity to grow or develop new skills. Many motivated employees leave after gaining enough experience to find better-paying or more challenging roles elsewhere. Turnover among younger or career-driven staff is common. The workplace culture may feel less inclusive for employees who are not part of the main cultural or language group. English is not always used in meetings or company gatherings, which can make it difficult for some employees to fully participate. Over time, the company seems to retain employees who prefer stability and routine rather than growth or improvement. The structure appears to value staying long-term more than performance or innovation.

Managers and supervisors in operations are supportive, and the education support has been helpful.

There are a few people who don’t really contribute but tend to spread negativity and make unreasonable demands. This creates unnecessary issues and affects the work environment.
