Pros
Since the pandemic, we had more flexibility and barely had to go to the office. There is a gym in the building.
Cons
Getting recognition for hard work and effort is nearly impossible. Because of this, there are few valid arguments for receiving a raise. After almost two years of announcing that they would make salary ranges public, they didn't do it because it wasn't in their best interest.
