- Bad compensation compared to other consultancy companies in Luxembourg. They work as subcontractors in most cases, therefore the don't pay well. - Zero career growth opportunities. - They don't have job hunters that can place consultants at different clients so must of the time a consultant is stuck at a client.

This company has a management always interested in the evolution of it's people, witch is good for both parties. Everyone has a very nice allowance to spend in formations. They listen to the employees and always try to find a common ground between their interests and the employees'. The payment is average in the area. Join us!
