Pros
None worth mentioning, bad attitude and politics
Cons
I was laid off at Innovaccer as part of one of their three rounds of layoffs in the past four years — and each time, it has been handled without fair severance or basic transparency. The culture is heavily driven by office politics. New hires are often the first to be let go, regardless of their performance or contribution, while long-tenured employees with outdated skills continue to stay on. Merit takes a back seat to politics here. There is very little genuine care for employees. People are treated as disposable — brought in during growth phases and discarded without adequate compensation or support when it suits the company. No real investment in employee wellbeing, growth, or fair treatment during exits. For a company that claims to be mission-driven in healthcare, the internal culture is a stark contrast to that image.
