Pros

- The support you receive from everyone across all teams, no matter how long you have been there. - You never feel alone, even working remotely. - Everyone is friendly and approachable. - You are able to manage your own diary and workload. - Opportunities to develop and progress if you want them.

Cons

- Would be lovely to see each other a little more often face to face, but appreciate it is difficult when we're so widespread. It's always great when we do get together.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive comments and experience about Innovate. I agree that’s it’s great when we come together as a team face to face. Via Teams is not quite the same and we cant wait for our all organisation get together in March. Lots of fun guaranteed

Management are unprofessional and play favourites. I was made to feel uncomfortable by bullies who didn’t like the look of my face or that I was different.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your time with us did not meet your expectations, and we take all feedback seriously. We’re proud of how well the temporary invigilation team has integrated into our wider office environment. Many colleagues have commented positively on the team’s contribution and engagement. Several agency employees have remained in post since April 2025, with some applying for and being successful in securing permanent roles within the organisation. No formal or informal grievances have been raised with Innovate Awarding’s leadership team or the agency regarding the concerns mentioned. We have robust policies and procedures in place to address any issues of bullying, discrimination, or misconduct, and we will never tolerate any form of racism or inappropriate behaviour. Our commitment to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion is central to our values, and we’re proud to maintain an employee retention rate of over 92%. We’re always open to constructive feedback and encourage anyone with concerns to raise them through the appropriate channels so they can be properly addressed. We remain committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace for all.

Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that there are aspects of the organisation which you are not happy with. It would be great to hear what benefits and development opportunities you would like to see offered through the Group. Over the last 18 months we have been rolling out a number of enhanced benefits and with our skills frameworks and career pathways there should be opportunities for you to develop and progress in your career. I will certainly pass your feedback on to our senior team, but would like to have the opportunity to explore these areas with you and gather more information and context. If you feel comfortable, it would be good to raise these concerns with your line manager or if you prefer you can contact me confidentially on felicity.white@lifetimetraining.co.uk.
