No career prospects Not valued for experience Not listened to when have opinion based on experience Serious bullying from senior managers No care about health and well being Ineffective HR department, don't even deal with serious breaches of conduct, just have informal meetings and expect things to 'go away' Don't uphold civil service principles of honesty and integrity Do not know how to help or protect staff - if you raise an issue you are the problem No autonomy Favourites get away with anything (good luck if you are one of these) If you have a brain, balls or creativity you will have you soul sucked from you You will feel like you are back at school...
