Great learning environment but uneven workload and no job security - Research Associate Innovations for Poverty Action Employee Review

Work load is unevenly distributed. Some months you're overwhelmed with multiple project happening at the same time. Some months you're without anything to do not sure if your contract is still secure. Lack of employment security is huge drawback, but I guess that's everywhere in the international development non-profit these days.
