While most companies were providing employees with mental health days/weeks to survive a global pandemic, Innovatis Group was bringing on new clients to already pull plates without any additional staff members. That’s just one example of the culture that leadership has created- the epitome of toxic overworked and underpaid. From the top down, the lack of transparency and actual authority given to middle management put teams through a rollercoaster of emotions. It was a shame to see such talented managers and directors have no power to bring their big ideas to life or support and grow their teams as they were hired to do. It felt helpless and a waste of energy to have to submit all decisions through one or two people, who had very little knowledge of the day-to-day operations. Because of this, roles and responsibilities, titles and salaries were based on no actual standardization or reasoning, and its painfully obvious how much they underpay their team when they throw BIG bucks at anyone who tries to leave.
