Pros
Independent working situation, great job if you are self motivated to earn your own paycheck. the only difference between a decent and huge paycheck is personal effort on and off "the court" aka practicing and reviewing your material.
Cons
if you dont hit your sales target you get paid less, but that is kind of the whole point in sales.....
