With the trend of healthcare consulting firms being behemoths focused on getting the most clients, ICG stands out as a quality over quantity consulting company. They are a smaller firm who pride themselves on having some of the best consultants in the industry. Their placement rate is incredibly high with very few consultants experiencing bench time. They are a private company which allows them to focus on their core values as opposed to the will of the shareholders. The entire firm feels more like a family than a workplace, managers are always available when you have issues and work to find a quick reasonable resolution. The recruiters are on top of their game working with the RVPs in tracking down available opportunities. Competitive Salary. Potential of working remote (Based on client). Good 401K and retirement planning. Excellent communication from the top down. Great work life balance. Overtime is rare but you get compensated if you work over 40.
