      -Biggest pro is the community. The Budapest office is full of nice people. -Fun company events -Home office availability -Good work/life balance. It's hard to have a burnout here.

      Cons

      -Biggest con is the lack of career advancement opportunities -Low salary and no raises. (But we get free pizza sometimes) -Lack of clear business outlook
