Upfront Information needed when hired - Senior Information Technology Specialist Innovest Systems Employee Review

After receiving my offer letter, I requested to see the benefit's package several times. I did not get this till after my first day on the job. It was then that I discovered that my spouse would not be covered under the Innovest medical plan and that I had to pay out of pocket. Also, there were numerous problems not getting paid on time. Other than that, the benefits are comparable.
