Pros
Good work culture. Work from home option is available. Pay wise they are ok. hikes are good. gives a annual bonus + hike. Annual bonus is not part of your package.There are people who got hike of even 25% - 30 %
Cons
Only one product called Anaqua. The only job you do is code code code code. nothing else. Not much process oriented. Even project manager will do code. Should say project manager is best programmer in the project. You will be get only salary hike . No designation change unless your PM or TL resigns the job so that you can push your self.
