      Great resources and tools to do my job well. Inova knows how to do remote well. From team to department to company, we all work together for the greater good.

      Cons

      Need to be a great self starter to work here. That is not a con, yet is vital.

      Inova has a family atmosphere and lots of great people who genuinely care about each other.

      Cons

      Benefits are very expensive and unaffordable. Opportunities for advancement for “A” players are not abundant.
