Read, and re-read the headline again.
It doesn't matter how much time you've spent with the company, how well you perform at your position, or how short staffed your team might be. If Inovalon wants to cut you they will and not think twice about it. You are just a number to them and are treated as such.
Upper management is clueless to how things actually work and act like they have your back. You are expected to work an unhealthy amount of overtime, and rather than implement necessary changes to their processes to prevent this for future projects, you'll be mailed a cheap t-shirt as a thank you!
Inovalon only cares about "checking the box" when it comes to their projects. They would rather cut corners and apply band aid fixes instead of doing things right the first time around, which in turn causes more work for everyone down the road.
When I first became an Inovalon employee years ago, I read the reviews on this site and recall reading things like "stay away" and "frequent layoffs". I didn't think anything of it, but I wish I had listened.
