The work we do at Inovatec is challenging and complex, unfortunately there is no quick manual that you can read and become an expert in what we do. In many situations, the hands-on approach, and learning on the job is the quickest way for our team to master the product and become efficient, especially for PM roles. We are proud of our culture, and the fact that our leaders and managers, on top of their already busy weeks, find time to be on project calls to guide the team members, provide feedback, and help them learn and become efficient as quickly as possible. We are committed to our team who are genuinely excited and energized by the environment in which we operate, and we are proud that our annual employee engagement surveys on overall satisfaction, working environment and atmosphere, vision and values, diversity, equity and inclusion have been consistently in the high 80%. We are committed to help our customer deliver strategic solutions that are mission critical for their value propositions.
