      Pros

      The environment is really cool, people are really nice and you can talk to anyone. I guess you have to see it to get it : check it out on their website for more. Technical teaching weekly to keep developers technically ahead on the market !

      Cons

      You have to adapt to the company's methodology which is post SCRUM/Lean, but once you have in a few weeks, you keep learning without affecting your work.

      Pros

      Awesome office, good salary and amazing technical people. It's a good company to get from a good to an expert level. Projects are interesting and help you getting big names of the Tech industry on your resume. The team building in France is also a nice perk.

      Cons

      Still a small office in SF with a slow growth, so you won't be in charge of a team of 10 people from one day to another.
