Pros

Colleagues and options to work remotely. Building connections.

Cons

Management really needs work; they are unable to resolve issues or improve matters, even when staff openly say there is an issue/problem or when any issues with processes is highlighted to them, nothing is done to improve. Processes are all convoluted, nothing works together and it makes any task harder than it needs to be. Plenty could be done to simplify thing but everyone is too overworked and underpaid to get the chance to do it. Considering this company is part of a wider massive business, it really is mind blowing how bad things are managed. Not much progression opportunity. It is a shame as this really could be a great company to work for but at this point so much needs to change to get there.

- Way, way too many ZHC employees taken on for the level of work - Understandably, work is then prioritised and given to contracted employees first - If anything filters down to ZHC employees, there is no fair allocation of how the hours are spread across different drivers. It is ‘consistent’ in respect of it going to the same drivers all the time - You are given less than 24 hours notice of a shift. Fine for contracted workers who know they will be working the next day and just need to find out their arrangements. For a ZHC, don’t make too many plans for the next day just in case a job comes through

Our employees can easily access our DHL Advantages page using the icon that is permanently on their desktop and through the new and improved app available on their mobile phone. Your other comments are a little more troubling to us. All of the senior team at Inside Track are subject matter experts with experience in their field. All of our DHL managers are obligated to attend our CSCM (Chartered Supply Chain Manager) Course and we pride ourselves on developing our people to be 21st century managers ensuring a good balance between respect and results. We actively encourage all of our staff to have a good work/life balance and this is promoted throughout the business.
