Pros
The people and teams are great. There is a feeling synergy and working how a team should. The owner and executive team are approachable and willing to listen. The company has great potential and Alan's program/approach is one of the best out there. The work schedule is flexible and the pressure of the job isn't excessive. There is certainly a lot to do but generally there is time to do it. The long hours and late nights are infrequent. Snacks and drinks are plentiful. It is a great place to work if you are the right fit.
Cons
There is a lack of direction and vision for the growth of the company. InsideOut Development has been around for about 20 years and hasn't seen any real growth during that time. You would do well to ask yourself why that is. At the time of this review there is only one other review from 2013 and the account has not been claimed but the company. Such is typical of the company as there just isn't an in-depth understanding of how the internet/technology and social engagement impact a companies success in today's market. There is no room for negotiation and opinions. Do it the way you are told and you will do fine, like I said, they are a good group of people to work with.
