It's amazing to be part of an organization that has impacted (and continues to impact) the lives of over 2000 Fellowship alumni. - Co-workers are amazing people, smart, creative, fun - no jerks! - Management cares a lot about personal and career growth and actively seeks ways to provide that growth in existing roles while also being open to role changes. - Good benefits, leave policies, compensation, and work/life balance. 6 weeks minimum vacation. - The company is growing very rapidly, which presents opportunities for taking on lots of interesting and new challenges.

- The company is growing very rapidly, which presents challenges as you may have to take on challenges that you weren't anticipating or have relatively intense periods of work (though hours are still good). - The work can be very cyclical which may not be good for folks who want consistency day-in day-out. In addition, iteration and changes are frequent so one must be ok with things both organizationally and work-flow to look different over relative short timescales.
