Pros
I enjoyed my customers, they appreciated me. Benefit package is good, but ONLY if you are there long-term.
Cons
Not enough help, too much turnover. Too much time doing "seasonal employee" tasks to actually serve my full potential as agronomist to my customers. Applicators were not held accountable for their actions and mistakes. All leadership is men, no diversity.
