      Pros

      Honestly, this is a great company to work for- management is patient and very reasonable, the workplace environment is very friendly, and standards are high but everyone actually works together to reach them. All in all, a great place to work!

      Cons

      I can't really think of any- I've worked with some bad managers and in some toxic environments but I don't see any of those red flags here

      The compensation was competitive and honestly decent for the time.

      Cons

      The training was quite lacking and the outsourced training was abysmal.

      Pros

      They give competitive salary with the company and environment that they are in. People can be fun to work with and work can be easy.

      Cons

      No benefits, work can be hard somtimes because of how windows are, jobs can be pressuring too from the office.
