Global client base Good product for opening doors and developing a network for when you leave
Cons
Despite its claims the company is limited to one product and even that does not really do much of what is claimed for it. Most people working in Insights have little to no psychology background and simply do not understand either the field they are working in or the product they are selling The company does have people processes, but these are just for show and are ignored by most managers Sales and numbers are the key metric, not impact and definitely not the incredibly pretentious company vision of changing the world. The only people who progress are those who play the favourites game.
