The work is interesting and challenging. There are also several extremely knowledgable individuals on the team that don't shy away from sharing industry specific learning opportunities. The team is very supportive and celebratory of your achievements. You will be recognized for a job well done. We end every all hands meeting with a shoutout segment and it warms my heart hearing people openly praise and recognize one another. People here are truly kind to each other as well.
