It depends on the department you're in. Some are great, but others are horribly toxic. In some departments, upper management is allowed to target employees they simply don't like. Violations of federal law are ignored by corporate HR. I personally witnessed upper management conspire to keep a highly qualified employee from posting out to another position out of spite. The entire team went to Corporate HR and nothing was done. Eventually, the employee left the company. To this day, this team has the highest turnover in the department.
I also witnessed upper management target an employee simply because they didn't like the employee. They actively tried to block the employee from obtaining accommodations under the ADA and when another employee spoke up, they became a target as well.
On a separate note, the health insurance is mediocre at best. There are a lot of things (procedures and medications) that are specifically excluded to the detriment of many employees. According to the insurance company, these exclusions were requested by the employer - Insperity.
