Pros
Overhead is incredibly helpful and regularly expresses gratitude for their employees. You can take on as many or as few members to work with as you would like and fits with your schedule. You meet them and decide if it is a good fit. If it's not right, even later down the road, they can find you someone new to work with. I love working with members and being out in the community with them. It's a very rewarding experience.
Cons
The job itself is very challenging. Some days can be really tough, physically and emotionally. We are very well supported by supervisors, but somedays it gets to you. I am extremely lucky that my bad days are few and far between with the members I work with,
