Pros

Kids are cool and the pay is better than average

Cons

The BCBAs and technicians are cliquey, and rude. HR practically never responds to emails, and the benefits are probably the worst I’ve ever seen. If you are not care about the pay and can disassociate from the rest then go for it. If not? Stay FAR away

Pros

• Technicians genuinely care about the kids and support each other. • Flexible schedule if you’re willing to put up with constant chaos.

Cons

• Unsafe environment: Clinics have no windows, hallways are dangerously narrow, and playrooms are empty with broken or unsanitary toys. Cleaning/disinfecting happens rarely. Safety concerns are dismissed or met with hostility. • No accountability: HR, Clinical Directors, and even OSHA complaints are ignored or brushed aside. Staff who raise concerns are labeled as “troublemakers.” • High turnover: Multiple employees quit over the summer, practicum students leave as soon as they can, and trainers aren’t replaced. Burnout is rampant. • Nepotism: The company is run like a family business with limited professionalism. Advancement beyond RBT is impossible unless you’re part of their inner circle or out-of-state (cheaper for them). • Payroll issues: Expect late checks, missing money, and inconsistent deductions. I observed inconsistencies in slack communications. Families are even blamed when pay is mishandled. • Poor leadership: Concerns about client and staff safety are ignored, dismissed, or even ridiculed.
