Pros
Benefits and view employees with respect. I felt like part of a family. I moved, or I would gladly have stayed. Offer bonuses, and give you opportunities to learn multiple areas in production, so long as you're open to growth. Overall team is embracing to new comers. Quarterly meetings show the entire team how they impact the big picture. Managers are very kind, and even cook lunches for the entire teams. I really genuinely appreciated my time with Inspired Energy.
Cons
Parking was not organized, but they were expanding their property. Not a huge issue. Every place has it's cons, but I never arrived fearing job secuerity. So long as you apply yourself, your going to be fine.
