Any delay will be called out via email without asking the analyst why. -Favoritism from management. Mistakes from analysts are not treated the same, some get a pat on the back while others have to attend a full blown investigation. -The bonus included during the offer negotiations is a scam. Either there will be excuses as to why you cannot get it or it will be capped at 60%. Do not rely on it. -There are no prospects for career progression. The salary is maintained very low with very few perks. -Everything is treated like an emergency yet it's not a hospital. No flexibility or changes in timelines without a whole story of explanations included in emails. -Lack of mutual respect and clarity from management, a simple question requiring a yes or no clarification can lead to someone constantly repeating the same explanation 4 times in the hope that you maybe deaf. -Training is not good as its work from home, you are expected to pick up something within a short time and produce excellent results. -Not many opportunities to express oneself as any wrong ideas can have you sent back into training or reading SOPs.
